Description
The City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide as-needed maintenance, repair, and installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities and parks. Work will be issued through executed task orders under individual time-and-material contracts, with up to two contractors selected. The contract may run for up to five years. The estimated total value is not to exceed $100,000 per 12-month period for the selected contractor or contractors, for planning purposes only; the City does not guarantee any annual work. Portal-to-portal costs may not be charged to the City. An optional pre-submission meeting is scheduled at the Department of Public Works, 800 Rabbitt Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878.
