Description
The City of Broken Arrow is soliciting bids for the furnishing and delivery of waterline materials to maintain its stock inventory. The requested materials include C-900 PVC pipe in multiple diameters, tees, bends, reducers, plugs, sleeves, gate valves, valve boxes, fire hydrant components, mega lugs, flange kits, brass saddles, corporation stops, curb stops, copper wire, water locate tape, and copper tubing. The solicitation states that materials will be ordered as needed, with no guaranteed quantity, and that the contract is for supply and delivery only; installation and construction services are excluded. Bidders must complete the pricing summary and required terms and signature documents, references, interest affidavit, and proposal affidavit. The bid must be signed and notarized by an authorized agent. Delivery is FOB destination to the City's receiving dock at 1700 W. Detroit Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012, or another City-specified point. A $5,000 performance bond and specified insurance coverage are required before contract execution.
