Description
The Town of Fairfield, on behalf of its Parks and Recreation Commission, is seeking proposals from investors or developers for a long-term ground lease of Town property to develop a waterfront project anchored by a restaurant. The project is intended to support an economically vibrant waterfront and includes development and operation of an appropriate water-dependent use. The proposal must include the proposer’s development vision, business and legal-entity information, qualifications and comparable-project experience, key personnel resumes, references, an estimated schedule, conceptual site and parking plans, financial commitment to the Town, and proposed lease terms. Required submission materials include a proposal submission and completed references form, along with required acknowledgments concerning insurance, conflicts of interest, non-collusion, and the Town’s terms and conditions.
