Description
The Town of Fairfield, through its Capital Project Department, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and permits required for interior renovations to an Adaptive Recreation Center. The work must be performed in accordance with the project specifications and drawings prepared by Silver Petrucelli + Associates. The completed facility is intended to provide an accessible and inclusive environment for recreation, learning, and community activities. Supporting materials include the bid form, project drawings, project manuals, terms and conditions, prevailing wage rates, a CHRO notification and compliance monitoring report, a certificate of insurance template, references form, subcontractor form, and related project sign materials.
