Description
The U.S. Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to identify commercial sources capable of providing a marina slip and related support for an unmanned vessel. Requirements include suitable mooring infrastructure for an 89-foot vessel with a 20-foot beam and 6-foot draft; at least six feet of water depth along the slip, approach, and egress route; a 60-amp shore-power connection; potable-water access; 24-hour controlled access; 24-hour marina security; and periodic vessel checks. The provider must also be able to tow the vessel from Harbor Island West Marina to the proposed marina location by October 31, 2026, because the vessel cannot move under its own power. This is a Sources Sought market-research notice, not a solicitation or commitment to procure services. Respondents must provide company information, proposed marina and slip locations, and confirmation that they can meet each minimum requirement.
