The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive proposals from a qualified concessionaire to operate and maintain the marina concession at Glen Elder State Park on Waconda Reservoir. The successful bidder will provide marina facilities, goods, and recreation services to the public and pay the State compensation for the concession privilege.
