The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHS) is seeking bids for scheduled generator testing and as-needed generator repair and maintenance services at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. This is a requirements contract, meaning no work is guaranteed. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete service requests and ensure a working system. Services include quarterly and annual testing, as well as repair services on an as-needed basis for various generator brands and sizes located at the facility. The contract term is one year, with three one-year renewal options. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience in generator maintenance and repair, and personnel assigned to the work must have at least three years of relevant experience. A minimum of three verifiable references for similar contracts within the last three years is required.
