Description
The City of Lubbock is soliciting bids for contractors to provide comprehensive services for their Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). This includes the repair of existing heating and cooling units and the installation of portable air conditioning units. The City reserves the option to make multiple awards to ensure adequate coverage and to best serve the City's needs.
