The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for interior and exterior door installation and repair services at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center, located at 3401 North University, Lubbock, Texas 79415. The scope of work includes the installation, demolition, and repair of all doors on campus. The contractor will be responsible for providing commercial-grade hollow metal and wood doors, with a one-hour fire rating. Door dimensions will be 1.75 inches thick with various widths and heights, and the contractor will be responsible for measuring doors prior to ordering. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The contractor's personnel assigned to perform the services must be fully trained and have at least three years of relevant experience. Bidders must also provide a minimum of three verifiable references for contracts of similar size and scope of services within the last year. The contract term is from the date of award until August 31, 2026, with no renewals.
