Description
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Collections Services for Medical Practice Income Plan (MPIP) Operations at the Lubbock Campus location. The awarded Contractor will provide services for all TTUHSC referred, unpaid accounts. The services require efficient and effective procedures for debt recovery through telephone calls, mail efforts, and skip tracing, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Reporting requirements include quarterly debtor status, placement analysis, and aged accounts receivables reports, as well as monthly reports on accounts returned to TTUHSC that have not been converted to regular repayment status. The contractor must also be experienced in integration with clients utilizing Epic Resolute and maintain auditable records.
