Description
Texas Tech University (TTU) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance, Repair, Replacement, Testing, Inspection, Emergency Response, and Related Services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis for TTU-owned, leased, or operated facilities, encompassing over 150 buildings and numerous HVAC units. TTU intends to award multiple master HVAC service contracts. Services may include preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repair and replacement of components like chillers, boilers, and air handling units, controls calibration, refrigerant handling, indoor air quality assessments, and emergency services. While TTU anticipates an increase in service needs, no minimum or maximum volume is guaranteed. Projects will be authorized by Purchase Orders, with larger projects potentially requiring a Construction Contract in addition to the PO.
