The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for water testing services at Big Spring State Hospital. The scope of work includes monthly testing of the reverse osmosis (RO) campus water supply, RO water units, and the water well. Additionally, annual testing for lead and copper will be conducted in November. The contractor will be responsible for collecting water samples on-site and delivering them for laboratory analysis. Services are required Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time, with a response time of four hours for service calls. The contract term is from the award date through August 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options.
