Description
Montgomery County Environmental Services is seeking a contractor for Project No. 130090-58, Erosion Control—Site 4, Ladera Trail Manhole Replacement and Restoration. The work includes replacing an existing manhole and siphon sanitary sewer, installing two 8-inch HDPE DR11 siphon sewers by horizontal directional drilling, connecting the replacement manhole to existing sewer infrastructure, and removing or abandoning existing sanitary sewer and manhole components. The project also includes stream restoration along Holes Creek to stabilize sanitary sewer infrastructure affected by streambank erosion. Work includes bioengineered bank restoration, buried rock grade control, rock armoring and filters, erosion-control matting, live staking, tree clearing, removal of an abandoned building foundation, access and site restoration, dewatering, excavation, backfill, testing, and related construction activities. The project is subject to Ohio prevailing-wage requirements. Addendum No. 1 revised the schedule to 210 calendar days for substantial completion, 240 days for contract completion, and 300 days for contract expiration, and clarified that tree clearing must occur between October 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027.
