Request For Proposals Community Action Pioneer Valley, Inc., 326 Deerfield St., Greenfield, MA 01031 seeks qualified contractors to perform HEARTWAP contractor services in Franklin and Hampshire Counties, including heating system service, asbestos abatement, and chimney service. Contractors may submit proposals for one or more service categories. The contract period is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2028. For a copy of the RFP call the Energy Efficiency Program at 1-413-376-1140, or email (preferred) EnergyProg@communityaction.us. Complete applications must be received as instructed in the RFP, no later than September 11, 2026. This advertisement is subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposals. Small and minority owned businesses and women's business enterprises are encouraged to apply.
