The North Kingstown School Department (NKSD) is soliciting qualifications for commissioning services to support capital improvement projects at six schools: Davisville Middle School, Fishing Cove Elementary School, Forest Park Elementary School, Hamilton Elementary School, Quidnessett Elementary School, and Stony Lane Elementary School. The Commissioning Agent will provide services from the Schematic Design Phase through construction, close-out, and building occupancy, in accordance with RIDE-SBA guidelines. Projects will take place over multiple summers, with up to four projects per year, and work is to be completed during summer recess in 2027 and 2028. The successful bidder must be licensed in Rhode Island, conform to prevailing wage requirements, and submit copies of licenses and insurance with the bid.
