Description
The State of Tennessee is conducting market research on modern cashiering software and implementation services to replace or improve its existing statewide cashiering solution. The desired system would support cash, check, credit card, debit card, ACH/e-check, electronic, and agency-defined payment types; split payments; receipts; refunds, voids, reversals, adjustments; cash drawer management; batch and deposit processing; reconciliation; configurable accounting distributions; and integration with the State ERP and payment-card processors. The State is also seeking information about security, United States-based data hosting and processing, PCI DSS compliance, SOC 2 Type II reporting, encryption, audit trails, access controls, disaster recovery, reporting and dashboards, document management, hardware compatibility, accessibility, APIs, cloud hosting, implementation, training, maintenance, support, service levels, pricing, and vendor experience. Responses may use the State's template or a vendor-created format, must not exceed 20 pages, and must address the numbered questions and requirements in the Technical and Cost Informational Forms. This RFI does not create contract rights or guarantee a future procurement.
