Description
Manchester City Schools is soliciting sealed bids for construction of its Central Office in Manchester, Tennessee. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. The project requires bidders to be licensed contractors under the Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as amended. A 5% bidder's bond is required, along with performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the bid. A prebid conference will be held at the work site before bids are due. Contract documents are available electronically through the architect and listed plan rooms.
