Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District is conducting market research for two firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Performance Oriented Construction Activity contracts, one for an East Region and one for a West Tennessee Region. Each regional contract is anticipated to have a $2 million capacity for the base year and $2 million for each of four option years; individual task orders are not anticipated to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Potential work includes road and drainage construction, asphalt and concrete work, foundations, boat ramps, recreation-area improvements, shelters, restrooms, playgrounds, utilities, shoreline protection, office remodeling, earthwork, excavation, fencing, roofing, painting, vegetation removal, and related construction activities. This is a sources-sought/RFI notice for market research rather than a current solicitation or commitment to award. Respondents are asked to provide a statement of capabilities, relevant experience from the previous 36 months, applicable qualifications and certifications, regional coverage, remote-site capacity, preferred task-order pricing approach, and experience with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications and SpecsIntact.
