Description
HB & TS Utility District is soliciting sealed bids for Contract 126, Southall Road at Leipers Creek. The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to construct approximately 1,400 linear feet of 12-inch and 6-inch ductile iron water line, including related appurtenances and incidental work necessary to place the facility into operating condition, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. All bidders must be licensed contractors under the Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act of 1994. The bidder’s name, address, contractor license number, expiration date, and license classification must appear on the outside of the sealed bid envelope. The engineer’s estimate is $490,000. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
