Description
The Town of Smyrna is soliciting sealed bids for Cedar Stone Park Phase 2A. The work includes mass grading; storm sewer, water, sewer, and gas utility installation; detention ponds; erosion control; and all related appurtenances needed to prepare the site for a future four-field youth baseball complex, concessions/restroom facility, park maintenance building, asphalt drives, and parking. Bidders must be licensed Tennessee contractors and must provide required contractor license information and classifications on the sealed bid envelope. Bidders must obtain the contract documents from the engineer before submitting. The bid package must be sealed and mailed or hand delivered, with the specified solicitation marking and contractor information on the envelope.
