Description
The City of Buckeye is seeking professional engineering services for the Farallon Well No. 3 (TB #1) project. The selected consultant will provide design services for a new drinking-water well and associated raw-water transmission lines, including assessment of the existing transmission network, plans and specifications, contract documents, permitting assistance, and coordination with the City's Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. Expected deliverables include 60%-90% plan submittals, final construction documents, permit applications, meeting minutes, periodic construction progress reports, and as-built review and certification. Drilling services and the hydrogeologic report are excluded because they have been contracted separately. The qualifications-based submission must address firm experience, key personnel, organizational structure, and the proposed approach and schedule. Amendment No. 1 revises the questions deadline to October 13, 2026, and the SOQ deadline to October 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time; it also permits up to two 11-by-17-inch pages for the Section C schedule outside the seven-page limit and requires acknowledgment of the amendment.
