Description
Chautauqua County Youth Bureau is soliciting proposals from qualified non-profit organizations to provide positive youth development programs (YDP) for youth under 21 years of age. Programs must align with the Touchstones Framework, focusing on life areas such as Economic Security, Physical and Emotional Health, Education, Citizenship, and Family and Community well-being. Eligible programs include citizenship and civic engagement, community service, economic security, physical and emotional health, education, safe harbour/anti-trafficking activities, and family supports. Funding is reimbursement-based, with a maximum of $20,000 per applicant, and no more than 15% of the budget may be used for administrative costs. The contract period is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
