Description
Chautauqua County is soliciting bids for a single award covering five new, unused Cummins standby generator sets for the Portland-Pomfret-Dunkirk Sewer District: two C20N6 units rated at 20 kW, one C60N6 unit rated at 60 kW, one C45N6 unit rated at 45 kW, and one C30N6 unit rated at 30 kW. Each unit must support natural gas or LP vapor fuel, 120/208V three-phase four-wire wye output, stationary emergency operation, and the specified Cummins controls, circuit breakers, cooling systems, fuel systems, and other configurations. The scope also includes model-specific flexible exhaust tube assemblies, critical-grade mufflers, installation leads, and delivery. Generators must be available for delivery within 10 days after receipt of the purchase order unless an alternative schedule is mutually agreed upon. Each generator requires a minimum two-year manufacturer's base warranty, and the successful bidder must provide the specified installation, operation and maintenance, wiring, control, parts, warranty, emissions, UL, NFPA 110, seismic, and factory-test documentation with delivery.
