Chautauqua County, New York, seeks a consultant to perform an economic impact analysis and feasibility study for its two airports, Jamestown and Dunkirk. The study will examine methods to reduce and eliminate the county's annual subsidy of approximately $1 million by increasing revenues and cutting costs. The analysis includes evaluating current operations, staffing, financial projections, strategic options such as improved operations, revenue enhancement, privatization, and potential closure, as well as developing a recommended plan with pro formas.
