Description
The Waterford Municipal Authority is soliciting bids for a construction project involving the replacement of approximately 160 lead service lines from existing water mains to buildings, pavement restoration, and all related work. The project is federally funded through EPA financial assistance and requires compliance with disadvantaged business enterprise documentation requirements, Build America, Buy America and American Iron and Steel requirements, and Pennsylvania's Public Works Employment Verification Act, including E-Verify requirements. Each bid must include proposal security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the total base bid price. Bids must be submitted through PennBid by the stated deadline.
