Description
The Ohio Department of Children and Youth is soliciting one qualified offeror to lead statewide management of OhioKAN, a program serving kinship caregivers and adoptive families. The scope includes maintaining the program’s regional structure; conducting statewide outreach; coordinating regional sites and subrecipient partners; providing training; ensuring program fidelity; leading quality improvement; supporting kinship and adoption-related services; and processing PASSS applications. The contractor must demonstrate knowledge of kinship and adoption needs, child-welfare programs and best practices, and the capacity to build strong community partnerships. The selected contractor will also be responsible for implementation and transition activities, including maintaining continuity of training cohorts, establishing or using a DCY-approved supplemental data solution, and supporting required staff credentialing and training. The solicitation requires submission through the OhioBuys Supplier Portal and includes a mandatory OneSpan form in the questionnaire.
