Description
Erie County is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a practical three-year strategic plan for the Erie County Department of Health. The work includes reviewing existing plans and priorities; gathering input from leadership, staff, and external partners; creating and administering survey instruments; facilitating in-person and virtual planning meetings; identifying organizational strengths, challenges, opportunities, and priorities; and developing SMART goals and objectives. Deliverables include a proposed planning process and timeline, facilitated planning sessions, draft and final strategic plans, and an implementation or tracking tool. Proposals must address company information, relevant experience and qualifications, approach and methodology, cost by project component, additional capabilities, and invoicing. The consultant must maintain $1,000,000 per-occurrence general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Pennsylvania law.
