Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Senegal is seeking a hotel partner to support a five-day workshop on flood-risk forecasting in West Africa and the Sahel, scheduled for November 9–13, 2026, in Saly, Senegal. The requirement includes a conference room for 42 participants with high-speed internet, a projector or LED screen, stationery, markers, flip-chart paper, and a stand. The selected provider must also supply half-board accommodation for 37 participants for six nights, morning and afternoon coffee breaks for 42 participants over five days, and buffet lunches for 42 participants over five days. Refreshments must remain available in the meeting room throughout the workshop. In accordance with the zero-plastic campaign, water must be provided in glass pitchers or an equivalent format rather than plastic bottles.
