Description
UNDP seeks a hotel in Quezon City, Makati, or Ortigas Center to host a Green Public Procurement and Circular Economy workshop. The event requires conference rooms for approximately 90 participants on November 11–12, 2026, with event setup and equipment including tables, staging, microphones, internet connectivity, a projector and screen, flip charts, and an LED wall. The venue must meet the stated capacity and technical requirements and provide complimentary parking and event signage. The scope also includes meals and refreshments for specified participant counts on November 10–12, plus 24 twin rooms for three nights, November 10–13, with breakfast. Sustainability requirements prohibit single-use plastics and plastic bottled water, require water-refilling stations, and call for excess food to be donated to Food Rescue Philippines. Bidders must provide a proposal/quotation, the completed and signed Quotation Submission Form, the completed and signed Technical and Financial Offer, valid business registration documents, and a 2026 Mayor’s Permit.
