Description
The Judicial Council of California seeks a hotel or conference center to provide a sleeping-room block for the Cow County Judge Institute. Proposers may offer either June 8–11, 2027, the preferred dates, or June 6–9, 2027. The requested location is Sacramento Natomas. The budgeted sleeping-room rate is $156 per night or the hotel's best available rate; rates are to be net and non-commissionable, and resort, urban, and destination fees will not be paid. Proposals must include the completed Attachment 3 technical and cost proposal form, including room availability and rates, taxes and surcharges, parking, concessions, transportation options, and other requested property information. The submission must also include the Bidder's Acceptance of Terms and Conditions, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, General Certifications Form, and applicable business-license and good-standing documentation. A redlined agreement and written explanations are required only if the proposer takes exceptions to the terms and conditions. The Judicial Council does not retain third-party or outsourced representation.
