Description
The University of Wisconsin–Madison seeks one complete, single-length, two-port glovebox system for testing and component handling involving PbLi. The system must maintain an argon atmosphere that limits oxygen and moisture exposure and contains Pb/Li contamination. Required equipment includes large and small refillable antechambers, a recirculating gas purification system, oxygen and moisture analyzers, a cooling unit, HEPA filters, feedthroughs, glove-port covers, and compatible gas regulators. The solicitation specifies approximate chamber dimensions and installation constraints, including the laboratory doorway and available footprint. The vendor must provide on-site installation, startup assistance, and at least one hour of operator training. Bidders must provide detailed technical information demonstrating compliance, warranty and service-level information, delivery time, installation and operating requirements, and pricing for the glovebox, shipping, installation, training, and any applicable tariffs. The bidder must be the manufacturer or an authorized distributor or dealer with service and repair capabilities.
