LOWELL HOUSING AUTHORITY LOWELL HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BIDS INVITATION FOR BIDS The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing Vehicle Insurance for one year in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). A contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest bid price. Bids from all vendors are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 on or before 11:00 AM on September 9, 2026 11:00 AM on September 9, 2026. Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed entities to provide Massachusetts commercial automobile insurance for the Authority's entire fleet of vehicles and equipment. The policy will be quoted based on the current fleet, with the Authority reserving the right to add or remove vehicles and equipment during the one-year policy term. The policy period is explicitly stated to commence on October 1, 2026. Electronic quotes are not permitted, and bids are due by 11:00 AM on September 9, 2026.
