Description
Marinette County is seeking quotes from qualified insurance providers for property insurance coverage for the 2027 fiscal calendar year. The requested coverage includes buildings, personal property, property in the open, contractors' equipment, equipment breakdown, motor vehicles, pedestrian bridges, pier and wharf, and scheduled personal property. Coverage limits and deductibles are specified in the Premium Cost Sheet and may be updated before coverage is bound based on an updated Statement of Values. Respondents must submit a concise quote including the Premium Cost Sheet and Statement of Understanding of Quote, along with any posted addendum. Two copies are required. The selected vendor must provide a federal W-9 and payment address upon award, and the sample agreement specifies insurance requirements for the vendor, including general liability, auto liability, professional liability, and workers' compensation coverage.
