Description
The City of Nashua is soliciting bids for five reliable, accurate, portable flow-monitoring units for sanitary, combined wastewater, and drainage networks. The system must support near-real-time monitoring in manholes, web-based data hosting and reporting, alarm notifications for high-flow events and equipment failures, data export in CSV or Excel format, and preferably a GIS interface showing equipment locations, communication status, battery life, and support information. The selected contractor must provide all hardware, batteries, installation, communications setup, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and at least 16 hours of training for City staff. The units must be relocatable by City personnel without confined-space entry. The initial contract is 27 months, consisting of approximately three months for installation and 24 months of data monitoring and technical support, with up to two additional one-year extensions. Hardware and battery warranties are required for 24 months after installation, and delivery and installation must occur within 12 weeks after notice to proceed.
