Description
The City of Nashua is seeking a developer to purchase and develop approximately 4.020 acres of surplus right-of-way property off Veterans Memorial Parkway. The selected developer will acquire the property by quitclaim deed, conduct required surveys and due diligence, obtain necessary zoning approvals, permits, and entitlements, and address existing drainage, stormwater, environmental, and subsurface conditions. The property is offered in its current condition, and the developer will be responsible for applicable remediation, mitigation, and related liabilities. The City favors proposals that maximize development potential, tax revenue, and long-term economic benefits; incorporate residential or mixed-use development; support environmental cleanup of the surrounding area; provide a multipurpose path; mitigate stormwater and traffic impacts; and demonstrate financial capacity, relevant development experience, and an achievable project schedule. Proposals must include a development concept, price proposal, comparable experience, qualifications, technical proposal with conceptual plans, project schedule and budget, financial qualifications, tax certification, and the applicable authorization or corporate-resolution form. The price proposal must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
