Description
The U.S. Embassy in Paris, France, plans to solicit insurance for official U.S. Mission France-owned vehicles. The resulting contract is expected to be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with one base year. Award is intended for the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror that is determined to be responsible, and the Government may award based on initial offers without discussions. The solicitation is not yet ready for issuance. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management before submitting an offer. Responses must be submitted electronically by email.
