Description
The State Public Works Division of Nevada is soliciting bids for removal of the Building 10 mezzanine at Ely State Prison. The estimated base-bid construction cost is $1,013,120. Prime contractors must be qualified as bidders by the State Public Works Division before bid opening. The successful bidder must have current vendor registrations with both the Nevada State Controller's Office and NEVADAePro before contract execution. Bids must be uploaded online, and the bid opening will be conducted virtually. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the project site; attendance is described as mandatory for prime contractors while also being characterized as strongly encouraged.
