Description
Delta Diablo Sanitation District is soliciting letter proposals from qualified consulting firms for engineering services supporting the Aboveground Fuel Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 20113. The work covers predesign assessment, field investigations, alternative analysis, tank sizing and replacement recommendations, site layouts, permitting and code-compliance requirements, design criteria, and preliminary and detailed engineering design. The selected consultant will prepare design and construction bid documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and supporting documentation for rehabilitation and replacement of priority aboveground diesel fuel tanks. Services also include project management, meetings and workshops, quality assurance and quality control, and construction bid support, including participation in a pre-bid meeting and site walk, preparation of addenda, and conformed AutoCAD and PDF drawings. The proposal must include the firm's capabilities and relevant resumes, experience and approach, three similar-service references with contact information, and a task-based fee estimate with hourly rates.
