Description
The City seeks a vendor for as-needed bulk deliveries of ultra-low-sulfur clear and off-road diesel to municipal locations, including refueling diesel-powered generators. The vendor must provide and set up storage tanks at no cost, meet specified fuel quality standards, and make deliveries within 24 hours of a delivery request unless the City requests a different timeframe. The scope also includes bulk delivery of diesel exhaust fluid, full-synthetic 5W-20 motor oil, and ISO-68 hydraulic oil. Bidders must submit pricing using the specified terminal rack price and vendor constant, include qualifying rack-price documentation, provide the requested product literature and specifications, and explain their approach to tax-exempt fuel transactions. The initial agreement term is 12 months, with up to four additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
