Essex Westford School District seeks proposals for premium gasoline delivery under a fixed-price contract. Respondents must provide both fixed pricing, guaranteed for the contract term, and flexible pricing based on the seller’s posted prices as of August 18, 2026. The estimated annual usage is 23,550 gallons, and all deliveries must be completed by June 30, 2027. The proposal must identify the major oil company supplying the fuel and its location, and include comprehensive pricing. Three recent references for similar projects are required unless the vendor has performed work for the district within the past three years. A valid certificate of insurance is required with the bid award, rather than expressly as part of the proposal submission.
