Description
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting sealed bids for the Canada Street Improvements project. The scope includes water, sewer, drainage, street, driveway, and sidewalk improvements. Bidders must submit a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check for at least 5% of the total bid. The project must be substantially complete within 330 calendar days and fully complete within 365 calendar days after the notice to proceed; liquidated damages of $500 per day apply for late completion.
