Description
The Texas Department of Public Safety seeks pricing for regular and reformulated gasoline, dyed and clear diesel, and aviation fuel for delivery to its statewide locations on an as-needed basis. The contract has no guaranteed minimum quantities. Bidders must complete the mandatory pricing schedule, including prices for the listed gallon ranges and a dry-run fee, and meet the fuel specifications and delivery, quality, spill response, and invoicing requirements in the Statement of Work. The contract term is five years from the effective date, with a possible extension of up to six months for transition or re-advertising.
