Description
The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler is soliciting statements of qualifications to establish multiple indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for on-call architectural and engineering professional services. Selected firms may provide individual disciplines or full-service teams, with task orders issued as needed and no guaranteed volume or amount of work. The anticipated scope includes building, classroom, laboratory, office, healthcare, and interior renovations; additions and expansions; accessibility and life-safety improvements; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, roofing, building-envelope, site, utility, energy-efficiency, parking, pedestrian, and other capital improvements. Services include design and construction administration. Respondents must submit qualifications addressing firm and team capabilities, financial stability, representative projects and past performance, project approach, planning, best practices, problem resolution, and execution of the offer. The qualifications package is limited to 40 printable pages, uses a minimum 11-point font, and must include a searchable PDF, table of contents, bookmarks, and the required execution and VetHUB materials. The sample agreement states an initial 24-month term with two successive 12-month renewal options and an overall cumulative maximum contract value of $5,000,000.
