Description
The Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) requires the services of one or more independent gaming laboratories to perform testing on electronic gaming-related equipment, technology, and devices. This testing is a mandatory prerequisite before any game, software update, or feature change can be implemented on gaming devices at casinos, racinos, or charitable gaming organizations that utilize electronic pull tabs and/or electronic raffles. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive, accurate, and consistent gaming laboratory certification testing services. The contract is for an initial four-year period with the option for a two-year renewal, for a total of six years. Services are to be performed by properly equipped laboratories located within the United States that maintain current International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17020 and 17025 certification. The vendor must also provide IGC staff with online access to their database of reports and documents, and maintain a quality assurance mechanism for uniform data entry processes. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for network penetration testing and on-site audits of various gaming technologies as requested.
