Description
The Town of Wendell is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call professional services for Geotechnical, Materials Testing & Special Inspections, and Surveying. These services will support the Town's Capital Improvement Projects, public-private development, and other construction-related demands. Work will be assigned through Task Orders issued under a Master Service Agreement (MSA). The contract term will be two years with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Firms must indicate the discipline(s) in which they wish to be considered. All technical memoranda, reports, and certifications shall be submitted in electronic form in both .pdf and Microsoft Office Word formats. Plans shall be delivered in CAD-generated drawings on electronic media compatible with the Town's current AutoCAD version. GIS data development may also be required. Selected consultants will be expected to assist the Town in making decisions that deliver the best results for the life of the project and be experienced with current federal accessibility code requirements.
