Description
The City of Sumter is seeking bids for laboratory testing services for various parameters, including NPDES Aqueous Sample Matrix, Pretreatment, NPDES Solid Sample Matrix, Fats, Oils and Grease Program, Drinking Water, and Sample Pick-ups. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The selected laboratory will be responsible for performing analyses as scheduled by the City to meet NPDES permit and General Pretreatment Program requirements. This includes providing sample bottles, analyzing samples, and emailing certified lab reports within 14 days of sample pickup. Routine sample pick-ups are required every Tuesday and Thursday, with availability for non-routine pick-ups within 24 hours. The laboratory must be certified by SC DHEC for each analysis or use a certified lab. All prices quoted will remain valid for one year.
