Description
The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) is issuing a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) for a 5-year contract to provide laboratory analysis of soil and groundwater samples. The analysis includes both radiological and conventional chemical testing. The selected vendor will be awarded a contract under Utah Procurement Code for design professional services. Pricing should not be included in the qualification submission.
