Description
The NH Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for fully automated blood testing machines. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) with a 100% small business set-aside. The machines must produce accurate results in 12 minutes or less, require only 0.1cc of blood, and test for electrolytes, lipids, basic/chemistry/comprehensive metabolic panels, and hepatic and renal function panels. Key features include self-calibration, a color touchscreen, direct test result printouts, a maximum weight of 13 lbs, and dimensions not exceeding 8x7x13 inches. The operating environment should be between 59-90degF (15-32degC) with a power requirement of 100-240 volts AC, 50-60 Hz. The Free On Board (FOB) Destination for delivery is 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. Award will be made based on price and technical acceptability, with no discussions planned. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
