Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking providers for Residential Reentry Center services and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The requirement includes an estimated maximum of 40 RRC beds—32 for males and 8 for females—and 20 Home Confinement placements during the one-year base period and each of four one-year option periods. Home Confinement placements must be within a 100-mile radius of the facility, and both service lines must follow the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ March 2022 Residential Reentry Center Statement of Work, including the requirements in Chapter 10. The anticipated contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices for all line items. The Government intends to award both line items to a single provider because the services are interconnected and rely on coordinated programming and case management. The RFP is expected to be available exclusively on SAM.gov after October 10, 2026; no hard copies will be provided, and interested parties must monitor the site for updates.
