Description
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide stormwater remediation, stormwater management activities, drainage work, and dam rehabilitation for projects supporting local, county, and state government entities. The scope may include clearing, grading, landscaping, and structural repairs to stormwater management facilities, storm drain systems, outfall structures, roadway and pond embankments, streams, and related infrastructure. Work must comply with applicable regulations and guidelines. The solicitation covers projects in Maryland's Central Region, including Frederick, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Harford County. Electronic bids are required through the MES Procurement Portal; mailed, emailed, faxed, and hand-delivered paper bids are not accepted.
